Do Not Call Policy

Prodest Insurance Group, LLC maintains this policy so you know how to stop us contacting you, and what rules we operate under when we do.

Reviewed and updated 1 August 2026.

How to Stop Us Contacting You

You can ask us to stop at any time, by any of these routes. You do not need to give a reason.
• Use our Privacy Request form and select the opt-out option.
• Call us on (888) 918-4516 and ask to be added to our Do Not Call list.
• Email [email protected] with your name and phone number.
• Tell any agent during a call. A request made on the phone counts, and you do not have to follow it up in writing.

What happens next

Your phone number is added to our internal Do Not Call list. Under federal rules, a request to stop calling must be honored, and telemarketers are generally required to process it within ten business days. Once your number is on our internal list, it stays there.

The National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is run by the Federal Trade Commission. It was created in 2003 and lets you opt out of telemarketing calls from most companies at once, rather than one at a time.
You can register a landline or mobile number, and registration does not expire. Business and fax numbers cannot be registered.
Register your number, or check whether it is registered:
donotcall.gov
File a complaint about an unwanted call:
You can report unwanted calls through the same site, donotcall.gov.

The national registry and our internal list are separate

Registering with the national registry does not automatically add you to our internal list, and asking us to stop calling does not add you to the national registry. If you want both, do both. Around fourteen states also run their own registries with their own rules, so your state may offer a third option.

Rules We Operate Under

Telemarketing in the United States is governed principally by two sets of rules: the Federal Trade Commission’s Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the Federal Communications Commission’s regulations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Between them they set out when calls may be made, what must be disclosed, and how opt-out requests must be handled.
Among other things, those rules restrict telemarketing calls to between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time, require telemarketers to check calling lists against the national registry at least every 31 days, require an internal do-not-call list to be maintained, and prohibit interfering with a consumer’s request to be placed on a do-not-call list. State law may be stricter.

When We May Still Contact You

If you have asked us to stop, we will stop. There are limited situations where contact may still occur, and it is fair to set them out.
You contact us. If you submit a form or call us after opting out, we will respond to that request.
You are an existing client. Communication about a policy you hold, such as servicing, renewal, or claims, is not telemarketing.
You gave separate written consent that has not been withdrawn.
Processing time. A call already scheduled may occur while your request is being applied.
If you receive a call from us after asking us to stop, tell us. We would rather hear about it and fix it.

This website provides educational information about health insurance and is a solicitation for insurance. It is a non-government website operated by Prodest Insurance Group, a health insurance agency that presents health plans, which may include Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans, private health insurance, short-term medical insurance, or supplemental insurance based on the consumer's selection. Qualified ACA plans must meet or exceed the essential benefit requirements of the Affordable Care Act; non-ACA plans are not required to provide all of the essential benefit requirements contained in the Affordable Care Act. Pre-existing condition provisions, benefit availability, limitations and exclusions vary by plan type and state. You should review all plan details and product brochures before purchase. To qualify for ACA health insurance coverage outside of the open enrollment period, you must meet special enrollment requirements.

*Eligibility for Affordable Care Act (ACA) Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) and cost-sharing reductions is based on annual federal income thresholds, household size, and plan availability within the applicable service area. Premium rates, plan availability, and subsidy amounts vary by state and marketplace. Final eligibility and premium obligations are determined by the Health Insurance Marketplace under Internal Revenue Code Section 36B and applicable federal regulations.
